The young French conductor Lionel Bringuier made his recording debut at the podium of his orchestra, Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich. Lionel Bringuier took on a quite ambitious project as he confronts himself to the symphonic works by Maurice Ravel, that represent the high level standard reference for all French conductors. 

We were particularly pleased with the performances, especially “La Valse”, the complete ballet “Daphnis and Chloe” and the energy that brought into the two concertos the great pianist Yuja Wang. 

French conductor, Chinese pianist, Swiss orchestra and German Label : the globalization of the music is fully in progress.
